| Three Days This course is designed to familiarize students with the advantages of using structured settlements in bodily injury claims. Each student will be able to develop their own proposals and improve negotiating techniques through role playing. At the conclusion of the course, students should have comprehensive knowledge of utilizing structured settlements in negotiating claim settlements. |
